Contracts Coordinator
Location: Portsmouth | Full-Time
Are you an organised and proactive professional looking to make an impact? We're seeking a Contracts Coordinator to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects and contracts.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Planning subcontractor activities to meet project goals.
2. Purchasing spare parts and managing procurement processes.
3. Keeping accurate records and controlling documentation.
4. Producing detailed quotations for clients.
5. Raising job files and ensuring timely submissions.
6. Collating monthly financial reports for key stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
1. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
2. Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in record-keeping.
3. Experience in contract coordination or a similar role.
4. A team player with great communication skills.
5. You may have experience as a contract coordinator, document controller, procurement officer, sales coordinator.
