Logical Personnel Solutions are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team based in Bradley Stoke (Bristol) ( No Prior Experience Required as training will be provided) In this role, you will play a crucial part in the recruitment process by supporting the construction consultants in sourcing and engaging with potential candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) using tools such as Taleo, Workday, or PeopleSoft. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on candidate progress. Inputting Details of candidates on our database ensuring that compliance is kept up to date and all tickets are in date Engage in lead generation activities to identify potential candidates for future roles. Sending candidates details of work and checking them in and booking them out on the system Placing job adverts on job boards such as Indeed, CV Library Assist in managing social media platforms to promote job openings and enhance employer branding. Skills Strong relationship management skills to foster connections with candidates and hiring teams. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to candidates and stakeholders. A background in human resources or related fields is advantageous but not essential. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively. Working Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
