Marketing and Communications Co-ordinator
This role will ensure the effective generation and retention of customers.

Operational support: Support with daily business operations, ensuring that all administrative tasks, within the team, are executed efficiently.
Marketing support: Guide, develop, create, and track marketing/promotional materials in line with organisational branding guidelines, maintaining high levels of accuracy.
Communication coordination: Operate as a central point of communication, relaying information between HMS and customers, and internal teams; ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
Retention assistance: Contact, provide, and maintain regular reports on customer feedback activities, contributing to the strategy and planning of the retention programme.
Project assistance: Provide support in project management, assisting in coordination and implementation of business initiatives.
