+ Working from a busy shared inbox, we provide quotes to our customers in a timely manner with care and attention to detail.
+ Processing the orders returned on the back of the quote produced using our branch network.
+ Building and maintaining our customer base and aiming to increase their spending by providing excellent customer service.
+ Supporting with parts identification and catalogue creation for customers.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, 8 am-5 pm, Monday - Friday, with hybrid working available 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Minimum Requirements:
+ Plumbing and heating knowledge would be essential
+ Confident communicator
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Enthusiastic with a willingness to learn
