Responsibilities
* Create kitchen samples, collaborating with the NPD technologist and manager on timings and workload
* Ensure traceability of ingredients and packaging, with clear idenitication and allergen segregation
* Maintain a clean work environment, including the packaging area and cupboards
* Assist with sample preparation, including boxing and labelling
* Keep consumables and ingredients stocked, like piping bags and raw materials
* Organise NPD freezers and dispose of residual samples
* Support trials and launches, including sample and raw material collections
* Help with AW and PH recording
* Comply with and assist in implementing food safety, quality, and legality policies
Requirements:
* Passion for baking
* Accurate and detail-oriented, providing data on time and in the correct format
* Confident and courteous communicator, both verbally and in writing
