Job Title: Registered Manager - Adult Learning Disability & Autism Services Location: Manchester / Rochdale Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (DOE) Bonuses Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Our client is a well-established care provider supporting adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health needs, and behaviours that challenge across Greater Manchester. Their services include a registered residential care home in Whalley Range, supported living tenancies, and specialist apartments in Rochdale, Bury, Openshaw, and surrounding areas. They operate using a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) model and have built a strong reputation for improving quality of life for individuals through tailored, person-centred care. We are currently recruiting two experienced Registered Managers to oversee their CQC-regulated services in Manchester and Rochdale. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and proven leader with a strong background in adult social care and experience managing CQC inspections. Key Responsibilities Ensure services meet and exceed CQC compliance and standards Lead and supervise Deputy Managers and Team Leaders Oversee care delivery, audits, compliance, and continuous improvement Manage budgets and staffing levels Act as a key point of contact for staff, residents, families, and external stakeholders Drive recruitment, retention, and staff development Contribute to business growth by seeking referrals and shaping services Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience in care management (Essential) Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager (Essential) Evidence of involvement in past CQC inspections (available online) Experience supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Full UK Driving Licence Diploma of Higher Education or equivalent (preferred) Enhanced DBS required Package & Benefits Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 DOE Bonus Scheme Loyalty & Performance Bonuses 40 hours per week Company pension Casual dress & team events Free/discounted food Free & on-site parking Sick pay & referral programme Opportunities for progression within a growing organisation Location Requirement: Applicants must be able to reliably commute or relocate to the Manchester/Rochdale area prior to starting.
