Role Overview: They are seeking a skilled MEP BIM Manager to lead and enhance their Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and practices. This is a pivotal role within their team, ensuring the successful integration of BIM across all MEP projects, driving efficiency, quality, and innovation. As the MEP BIM Manager, you will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the delivery of accurate, coordinated, and sustainable designs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage BIM standards, templates, and protocols for MEP projects. Lead the implementation of BIM workflows, ensuring best practices across the organisation. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and external stakeholders to coordinate BIM models. Provide training and technical support to project teams on BIM tools and processes. Conduct quality assurance and compliance checks on models to ensure accuracy and consistency. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, recommending innovations for BIM integration. Oversee the production and management of detailed, coordinated MEP models. What They're Looking For: Proven experience in a BIM management role, ideally within MEP or building services. Proficiency in BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. Strong understanding of BIM standards and protocols, including BS EN ISO 19650.
