Yourstaff Solutions are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 store delivery drivers for our client based in Bedford, for fulltime ongoing work 5 / 6 days a week, Thursday to Monday/Tuesday. The Work includes Pre journey vehicle checks. Complete vehicle check sheets, reporting all damage or defects prior to leaving site. 2-4 store deliveries per day with the use of a pump truck. Uplift and return cages and pallets from the previous delivery. Complete all paperwork/delivery notes and return to the transport admin clerk Requirements You must have a minimum 6 months C1 driving experience No more than 9 penalty points, IN,DD,DR.TT codes are not accepted due to insurance clauses. UK Driving licence, UK Driver qualification card and valid UK CPC card A good understanding of driver rules, regulations and WTD. Be physically fit and able to pull pallets and cages from the vehicle to the dock/floor. You must be, professional, courteous, reliable and punctual. Have your own PPE.
