Description We are seeking a Regional Marketing Campaign Manager to support the campaign development efforts for DNV’s – Supply Chain & Product Assurance (SCPA) division within the Europe region. The SCPA Marketing & Communications unit is tasked with supporting our organization in driving the industry transition towards a digital, efficient, and eco-friendly future; through broadening our reputation as a thought leader and supporting revenue generation. To achieve this goal, it will be important to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns on a regional and local scale. The Regional Marketing Campaign Manager (Europe) will play a pivotal role in bringing to life comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns which will include both external and internal communications; event marketing, pr and media relations, and effective digital marketing programs. Reporting to the Head of Regional Marketing and Communications (Europe) in the Supply Chain and Product Assurance business area, the Regional Marketing Campaign Manager will work to meet regional business requirements, goals, and KPIs and will have the overall responsibility to support the development and execution of our regional digital marketing and event plan. The Regional Marketing Campaign Manager (Europe) will have a range of responsibilities, including: Campaign Management and Execution Develop and implement comprehensive digital multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with business goals and regional marketing strategy. Oversee the creation and alignment of content across external and internal channels to support campaign objectives and highlight service benefits. Ensure campaigns communicate the company value proposition, increase reach and awareness, enhance reputation, and improve revenue generation. Support and collaborate with the sales team by leading demand gen campaigns. Tailor regional campaigns to consider local markets for maximum local impact. Cross-function Collaboration Collaborate with the Head of Regional Marcom Europe, regional and local business stakeholders, and external suppliers to implement the campaign plan and optimize the strategy. Work closely with the Web Design & UX Manager (Optimizely) to continuously optimize web performance, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and industry standards. Work closely with the Email & Automation Specialists (Eloqua) to optimize email marketing performance, build comprehensive reporting, and create data insights dashboards for various stakeholders across the organization. Work closely with the Global Social Media Manager to plan and execute effective and efficient global social media marketing campaigns based on content marketing strategy, channel selection, and paid advertising within the required deadlines, budget, and quality standards. Work closely with the Regional Content Marketing Specialist to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to content creation and distribution. Performance and optimization Monitor and report on regional email and social media marketing KPIs in a structured and regular manner to ensure return on marketing investment can be measured. Review the contact database, recommend segmentation improvements, and provide support for achieving ambitious growth targets. Ensure strict compliance with legal parameters, including GDPR, in all marketing communications and initiatives. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with various marketing platforms. Qualifications Position Qualifications Extensive experience working in a marketing operations role, preferably in a B2B environment, with hands-on experience delivering events, content, web and digital marketing. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field. Experience with Oracle CRM, Eloqua, and Optimizely. Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI for reporting and analysis. Strong understanding of GDPR. Personal qualities : Excellent fluency in English is essential. Exceptional digital skills and graphic design skills – experience using Adobe Pro and Canva. Strong understanding of digital channels, segmentation, and marketing strategies. Customer and results-driven marketeer. Pro-active, innovative, and creative.
