Would be ideal for a joiners trades mate. - An excellent opportunity to enhance your skills - Weekly pay - guaranteed weekly hours - Mon to Thurs 7.30am - 3.30pm or - Mon-Thurs 8am-4pm, early finish Friday's Responsibilities: You will support the Area Estates team to carry out basic routine planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and repair tasks. - Undertake minor repair tasks, including light joinery tasks that a trades made would perfom - Supported by the engineering team, you may also carry out allocated tasks involving, inspecting fire systems, equipment maintenance testing and inspection - Maintaining a safe and healthy working environment and reporting any dangers/deficiencies. - Carry out external grounds maintenance. About you: - You will be experienced in domestic maintenance repair tasks - Skills and experience in using and handling tools and equipment - A basic understanding of Health and Safety in the workplace - Must be able to pass a Basic Disclosure or already have one.
