Main duties of the job
As a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be to offer professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, as well as providing a range of administrative services. This will include answering the telephone, responding to enquiries, redirecting calls, and maintaining the general tidiness of the reception area. You will also be responsible for completing reception-related administration, maintaining databases, and providing administrative assistance as required by the General Manager.

Shift Details: 2 positions required: 1 for 33 hours (7 am - 7 pm, 3 days a week, weekend included) and 1 for 22 hours (7 am - 7 pm, 2 days a week, weekend included).

ABOUT THE ROLE
Your focus as a receptionist will be to offer professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home as well as providing a range of administrative services.
Other responsibilities will include:
* Answering the telephone and responding to enquiries at reception, redirecting calls to relevant staff and recording messages accordingly.
* Completing reception-related administration, maintaining databases, and providing administrative assistance as required by the General Manager.
* Maintaining the general tidiness of the reception area, liaising with Housekeeping to ensure standards are maintained.
