Provide targeted support to students, including those with additional learning needs. Assist in the assessment of students' progress and provide feedback. Contribute to the development of individualized learning plans. Mentor and guide other teaching assistants and support staff. Participate in the planning and execution of school events and activities. Qualifications and Skills: HLTA status or equivalent qualification is essential. Proven experience as a teaching assistant or in a similar role. Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
