The Job As a Project Manager, you will oversee multiple ongoing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. You will be responsible for managing project teams, liaising with clients, and maintaining strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Key responsibilities: Lead project teams, ensuring effective collaboration between design, site teams, and clients. Drive a strong health & safety culture, ensuring rigorous compliance with company HSEQ policies. Maintain high-quality control standards, ensuring all work meets contract specifications. Manage project finances, including cost control, contract conditions, and risk mitigation. Support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency. Ensure all project documentation, including quality and safety records, is accurately maintained. About You You are an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in structural refurbishment or civil engineering. With excellent leadership and organisational skills, you are adept at managing teams, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects efficiently. You have a keen understanding of commercial management, project planning, and contract conditions, with the ability to build strong client relationships. Requirements: Proven experience in a Project Manager role within construction or civil engineering. Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and cost control. Strong commercial awareness and understanding of contract requirements.
