This role is responsible for the quality standards of all raw materials and finished goods regarding the safe, legal production of ambient health care supplements quality standards specified by our customers. QA rate starting at £11.50 per hour with a £1.00 per hour uplift for nights. Monitoring all site personnel and general hygiene standards, schedules & site procedures including CCP’s are adhered to. To ensure the effective implementation of food safety policies and procedures, established by the Head of Quality & Quality Manager, whilst working in accordance with Health and Safety regulations, food safety legislation and quality standards specified by our customers. Enforcement of the effective identity and traceability of raw materials, WIP & finished product systems. Sampling of product from raw materials to finished goods (microbiological & chemical). The implementation and assessment of all procedures as defined within the Quality and Procedures. Ensuring effective non-conformance reporting and corrective action. In this role you will be required to wear appropriate safety protection (PPE), and to comply with our high internal quality standards. Skills & Experience • Good English language skills and able to follow instructions. • Ideally experienced with working around a fast-paced production line. • Able to take instruction and follow procedures diligently. • An understanding of basic Health, Safety and Food Standards. • A respectful and valuable team member. • Proactive and highly organised, with strong time management and planning skills. • Able to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure. • The ability to work quickly and methodically.'
