HR Advisor £26000-£28500
My client, one of Huddersfield’s major employers, has engaged Reed’s services to recruit a HR Assistant/Advisor to join their small HR team based near to the centre of Huddersfield.
This varied HR role will have you working across numerous workstreams including recruitment, employee engagement & wellbeing, EDI, L&D and policy. Your specific area of focus will change based on the organisational needs so you will need a degree of flexibility and adaptability in your approach to your workload.
Here is a small sample of some of your duties within this role:
* Offer advice and guidance to managers and staff on engaging with learning and training content, high performance and culture, induction, leadership and management, and soft-skills development.
* Collaborate with managers to identify skills gaps and create targeted training initiatives to address them.
* Assist in managing disciplinaries, conflict resolution, restructures, safeguarding, performance management, probation, and change management.
* Offer professional and unbiased guidance to managers throughout various stages of processes, such as investigations, hearings, and appeals.
* Provide support in all aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance.
My client is looking for a HR or Recruitment experienced individual whether that be through qualification/education or through work experience. Unfortunately if you do not have any exposure to HR you cannot be considered for this role.
