Your new role As a QA Officer, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality standards in line with regulatory requirements and company policies. The role involves overseeing quality-related activities, ensuring compliance with GMP, conducting audits, managing documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement processes. Key Responsibilities: You will: Support daily operations of the Quality Assurance department. Adhere to GMP. Provide direct quality team support during customer and regulatory audits. Assist in third-party audits as needed. Manage quality complaints, process deviations, non-conformances, QMS actions, and change controls. Perform Product Quality Reviews (PQRs) for QP review and approval. Organise and review batch release documents. What you'll need to succeed Essential A bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or related field. Presents strong communication abilities both verbally and in writing. Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Demonstrate attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Comprehensive awareness of EU GMP regulations, directives, and guidance.
