Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised, motivated, and enthusiastic Administrator to join our Learning Disabilities Team over two sites Bromsgrove and Worcester. The role is Band 3 and is part time 16.5 hours a week pro rata. The post holder will provide clerical and administrative support to enable the team to deliver an efficient and effective service. You must be a team player who is able to juggle priorities in an accurate way that aids the support of not just the Clinicians but the extended admin and clinical teams also. The post holder will be working within the Adult Mental Health, Mental Health Learning Disabilities. Across both sites in. The role is part time 16.5 hours a week pro rata. You will also have excellent communications skills. Your main role will be the first point of contact for patient telephone calls. You will need to take messages clearly and deal with information that is both confidential and sensitive and occasionally distressing in nature. You will work alongside the administrative team as well as a range of clinical staff providing any needed support. This is a demanding but rewarding role that would best suit a self-motivated & driven individual with a keen eye for detail. You may be required to work on your own or as part of a team and have the desire to go that extra mile. Direct communication with patients, resolving their problems and queries as appropriate.
