We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team!We are looking for someone who has a strong background in a culinary environment, either as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef with over 2 years experience. A skilled professional with the ability to oversee specific kitchen sections and with a proven track record of upholding the highest standards of culinary excellence and contributing to the overall success of the dining experience.This is a full-time role and will be reporting into the Executive and Sous Chef.

Key Responsibilities of aChef de Partie:
* Overseeing specific kitchen sections to ensure smooth operations.
* Collaborating with the Executive Chef and Head Chef to maintain consistency in food quality and presentation.
* Assisting with the planning and preparation of creative and delicious menus.
* Ensuring food preparation follows standard recipes and maintaining portion control.
* Monitoring food stock levels, ensuring the correct quantity and quality in relation to hotel occupancy.
* Leading and supervising the kitchen team, including other chefs and kitchen porters.
* Training junior staff to maintain high culinary standards.
