Your Team: The Expenses and Contributions team are a very busy team who are responsible for the payment of all lineage and pictures which appear in print and online for all publications covering the UK, Ireland and Sun.com in the US. Main focus for this role is ensuring accuracy when allocating lineage and picture payments and dealing with queries with the Business and Contributors concisely and professionally. This is a very busy role and requires someone who is personable and used to working in a fast paced environment, who has strong prioritisation and leadership skills. The team are an enthusiastic, motivated and collaborative group of people, sociable with a strong team spirit. Day to day you will: Responsibility for lineage and picture payments Responsibility for uploading all Broadcasting Talent payments Maintain payment models used for lineage & pictures Liaising with Editorial desks daily to resolve payment queries Maintaining good working relationships with key stakeholders Work closely with Commissioning Editors to ensure smooth payment process Assist Finance Analyst with data queries Reporting Managing various mailboxes Adhoc queries / duties Monthly Editorial visits to the London Office What we’re looking for from you: Proactive, focused, with a can-do attitude, enthusiasm, a good team player with the ability to work to weekly deadlines but also manage your own workload effectively. Strong communications skills and positive work ethics.
