Field Support Engineer
Job Description
Leading small/medium/large sized control or safety systems throughout the project lifecycle. Including Design, Build, test and commission
Interpreting customer specifications including drawings/requirements and delivering changes to software/hardware for modification or rectification work. This could also include managing new builds of systems
Hands on fault finding/programming and repair of safety focused control panels. This will include PLC programming
Technical go-to for the department responsible for checking complex projects along with guiding other engineers
Providing on call support for systems and products.Field Support Engineer
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Ability to travel to customer sites for installation/rectification work
Must be confident PLC Programming
Electrical/Electronic qualification
