* We are looking for someone with significant experience in developing and managing Drupal websites. You should have a strong background in PHP, including experience with Symfony or Laravel. Proficiency in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks such as Next.js or Vue.js is essential. We value enthusiasm for travel and excellent communication skills. Experience with Acquia, Pantheon, or other cloud hosting services is a plus. Familiarity with agile development methodologies will also be necessary.
Responsibilities:
* As a Senior Drupal Developer, I expect you to develop our existing Drupal websites for use across all our brands, establishing an industry-leading platform. You will collaborate with our Digital Marketing specialists on estimating, technical design, testing, and implementing web applications using Drupal. You will work closely with our Lead Developer to write high-quality code, developing custom Drupal modules, theme components, and integrations tailored to meet specific project requirements. Additional responsibilities include keeping abreast of industry developments to drive innovation, maintaining and enhancing existing sites to ensure optimal performance, security, and functionality. You will make sure the site performs optimally with minimal downtime and fast page load times, while also providing mentorship and guidance to junior developers to foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. Conducting peer reviews to uphold code quality and designing the website’s architecture will also fall under your purview.
