What you'll do As a Senior Data Analyst, you know that it’s not just about the data we have, but what we do with it that counts. In this key role within the data team, you will use your analytical expertise and strategic thinking to shape Loqbox’s marketing investment while helping to scale and strengthen our team. You'll transform complex business problems into questions, insights and actions that will underpin marketing decisions across partnership, member acquisition, lifecycle, and brand and content teams. You’ll also collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering and finance teams to optimise our marketing efforts, improve customer engagement, and maximise our ROI. You will: Design and implement attribution models to understand the customer journey across multiple touchpoints, helping optimise our marketing mix and budget allocation. Build predictive models to forecast outcomes, identify high-value customer segments, and predict customer lifetime value, churn and retention to inform strategic decisions. Lead advanced analytics projects to uncover customer behaviour patterns, segment audiences, and identify opportunities to drive engagement and conversion. Partner with our digital media agency to become an expert on how we are allocating our marketing budget and learn the ins and outs of our MMM in order to drive data-informed decisions about spend optimisation. Support and guide the marketing team in establishing KPIs and metrics that align with business objectives, ensuring we're measuring what matters and can demonstrate marketing's impact on business growth. Champion best-in-class measurement approaches to evaluate performance across all channels, supporting team members to develop the appropriate data products to illuminate key insights about our marketing effectiveness and campaign and partnership performance. Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure proper data collection, integration, and quality across all marketing platforms and tools. Present complex findings to stakeholders at all levels, translating data insights into clear, actionable recommendations that drive marketing strategy. Mentor other analysts and serve as the go-to expert for marketing analytics methodology and best practices. Stay current with marketing and analytics trends and tools, evaluating and implementing new technologies to enhance our analytical capabilities. Who you are You have a track record of driving improvements in marketing efficiency through data and insights. You're an expert in SQL and comfortable using Python or R for data manipulation and analysis. You have experience working with data from marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), online advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta), and CRM and marketing automation platforms. You're skilled at stakeholder management and can leverage diverse communication channels to influence decision-making. You have a grounding in statistics that enables you to guide others in experimental design and A/B testing methodologies. You are a strong collaborator, communicator and team player who wants to develop your skills as a mentor and leader. You're passionate about continuous learning, especially when it comes to tools and trends that allow you to make an impact with data.
