Housing Officer – Paisley
17.5 hours per week, Wednesday (pm) 1.30pm - 5.00pm Thursday & Friday (9am - 5pm)
Salary: £39,755 - £45,128 per annum, pro rata (Salary placing dependant on skills and experience)
Link Housing Limited will, subject to FCA approval, TUPE transfer to Link Group Limited on 1 July 2025.
This position is subject to a Level 1 Disclosure Scotland check.
About You
As a Housing Officer you will be responsible for the delivery of quality housing, estate and property management services to customers living within the Paisley locality.
As a Housing Officer you will provide a personal, professional, effective, and responsive tenancy management service to our tenants, maintain rental income minimise rent debt, ensure tenancies and neighbourhoods are maintained to a good standard and manage letting activity through effective void management and allocations.
The postholder will have qualifications at Higher grade or SCQF level 6 or equivalent and have, or be willing to work towards, a professional housing qualification. An understanding of current housing legislation and how it applies in relation to tenancy management is essential for this role.
This role is front facing, working in our estates, geographically spread across the Paisley locality.
Use and access to personal transport (including full UK driving licence) or access to equivalent transport that would still enable you to meet the specific role requirements to travel is essential for this role.
This role reports to the Paisley Locality Housing Manager.
