Barnstaple Alliance Primary Care Network (PCN) is seeking an enthusiastic, forward-thinking GP to join our team on a fixed-term salaried contract until 31 March 2026. We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Newly Qualified GP to join our multidisciplinary team under the NHS Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS). We will provide a regular programme of mentoring and support. Plus, access to all PCN wide clinical education sessions to assist with your ongoing personal development. There are between 2-6 sessions per week available. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, pharmacists, mental health practitioners, and social prescribers, to ensure integrated patient care. Conduct consultations, assessments, and follow-ups with patients. Contribute to the management of chronic disease, health promotion, and disease prevention in line with best practices and PCN goals. Participate in clinical audits, training, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care within the PCN. Support the development and implementation of new care pathways that align with ARRS objectives.
