Key Responsibilities:
- Tipping 25kg sacks and handling products with care.
- Packing and labelling bags efficiently to meet production targets.
- Operating PLC control panels and ensuring proper machine function.
- Recording machine settings accurately to maintain quality standards.
- Setting up plant machinery for optimal performance.
- Running and monitoring the blending process to achieve product consistency.
Ideal Candidate:
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy sacks.
- Basic understanding of machinery operation is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
