Who are we?
Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa - Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.

As the Chef De Partie, you will prepare and cook delicious food for our Brasserie, Glasshouse Restaurant, Chinese speciality restaurant, Members Club private restaurant or In Room Dining. Delicious food and drink is at the heart of what we do, with a focus on simple, high-quality ingredients throughout our menus and delivering service that delights. With a variety of different cuisines and kitchens to choose from including all day dining, wood fired dishes, speciality Chinese and Japanese.

On-target potential earnings inclusive of Tronc charge are projected between £14-£15 per hour for this role. This is made up of a base rate of £11.93, plus inclusion in our tronc scheme.
