What you will do:
12. Provide effective day-to-day management of the operations in assigned area in people management, customer service, branch sales, risk management and protection of assets
13. Drive corporate, business and marketing strategies to facilitate growth in area
14. Monitor controllable expenses and initiate corrective actions as necessary
15. Liaise between support functions and branches to facilitate an efficient flow of information in both directions
16. Ensuring operational and store security is maintained
17. Responsible for the coaching, developing and encouraging excellence from a diverse team
18. Establish and maintain positive customer relationships
19. Manage labour and branch operating budget
20. Monitor each branch in the regions performance and implement plans to address inefficiencies
21. Manage operational issues as required.
What will you bring:
22. Post-Secondary education in Business Administration or a related discipline or a minimum of 7-10 years of related experience, including (1) years in a leadership capacity
23. Experience with business development in a primarily B2B (business to business) industry
24. Strong leadership and people management skills through supervising, providing feedback and mentoring or skills development
25. Ability to think strategically and fully understand the long-range implications and consequences of business decisions
26. Demonstrate ability to understand and link complex operational and financial issues
27. Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
28. Consistently meeting deadlines within a fast-paced work environment and works effectively within time constraints
29. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
30. Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated success working in a team environment
31. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
32. Highly organized in prioritizing work and multi-tasking
Salary Range: $100,000 - $115,000
