Join a high-performing team on a well-designed residential scheme in Harrow.
An excellent opportunity has opened up for a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Coordinator to support the delivery of a high-quality residential development in Harrow. You’ll be working as part of an experienced and collaborative technical team, playing a key role in the coordination of design and engineering information from pre-construction through to site delivery.
The Role:
This is a great fit for someone with a background in residential development, looking to gain experience on a well-structured site while working alongside senior technical professionals. You’ll manage consultant teams, ensure compliance with regulatory and design standards, and act as a key interface between internal departments and external design partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the production and approval of architectural and engineering information for a large residential scheme in Harrow, ensuring that all drawings and documents are delivered on time and meet project requirements.
• Work closely with planning, commercial, and construction teams to ensure that technical details align with site constraints, build sequencing, and commercial objectives.
• Liaise with consultants including architects, engineers, and specialists to manage information flow, resolve design queries, and maintain compliance with Building Regulations, NHBC standards, and planning conditions.
• Support the discharge of planning and statutory conditions, tracking progress and ensuring that technical information is submitted accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide ongoing support to the site team by responding to technical queries, updating drawings where necessary, and ensuring clear, buildable solutions are available as the project progresses.
What We’re Looking For:
You’ll have some experience in a technical or design role within residential development—either with a developer, contractor, or consultancy—and be confident managing multiple workstreams and working to tight deadlines. A strong understanding of residential design, building regulations, and a collaborative, solution-focused mindset will be key to success in this role.
What’s On Offer:
• A fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience with one of London’s most respected developers.
• Involvement in a well-planned, multi-phase project with strong mentorship from senior technical leaders.
• Competitive salary, car allowance, and a supportive benefits package.
• Long-term progression opportunities within a busy and growing region.
