Key Responsibilities: Data entry - Managing the updates mailbox to ensure all customer accounts are kept up to date as per request Handling general queries from customer via telephone and email Compliance checks - Conducting thorough document checks to ensure adherence to legislation Data Retrieval: Efficiently retrieving and providing data as requested by internal or external stakeholders. Database Maintenance: Maintaining and updating the database system as necessary to ensure accuracy and reliability. Internal Communication: Liaising effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth workflows. General Administrative Duties: Supporting the team with a variety of administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency. What We're Looking For: Excellent organisational and multitasking skills. High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in using database systems and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently when required. Experience in a similar administrative role is an advantage.
