Job Description
We require a Field Care Supervisor in our Woking and Guildford office, based in Knaphill.
Due to our continued Client and Care Professional growth within our ‘OUTSTANDING’ company, we are looking for a Field Care Supervisor who is able to work 37.5 hours a week to support our Care manager and be an integral part of the Care Team.
Experience working as a Care Professional is an advantage but not a requirement.
As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be expected to carry out and perform a variety of duties including, but not limited to:
1. Quality assurance (QA) visits, phone calls and community events
2. Conduct follow up activities as necessary
3. Provide care for clients if required
4. Manage any Client issues that may cause concern
5. Carry out observations on new Care Professionals for their Care Certificates
6. Perform Shadow and Support visits to maintain our high standard of services
7. Develop and maintain positive relationships with Clients and Care Professionals
8. Be available to work weekends if required for the needs of the business
9. Conduct Client/Care Professionals introductions. Brief Care Professionals on Client Care Plans
10. Responsible for the on-call management
