Job Description
Our client requires a remote Recruitment and Onboarding Administrator for a period of 4-6 weeks. This is to support a busy recruitment period for the business.
Main Duties
1. You will screen and process applications, ensuring the right candidates are approved, that there is no bias in your decision-making.
2. You will keep yourself up to date on the current recruitment process and relevant legislation.
3. You will assist in responding to emails in a timely, professional, and helpful manner.
4. You will also make outgoing calls where necessary.
5. You will gain in-depth knowledge of our company values and working practices.
6. Attend any relevant remote training or meetings.
Skills and Knowledge
1. Previous experience in a remote administration role.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Tech and IT savvy.
4. Experience in recruitment or talent roles would be beneficial.
