Starting salary: £33,800 - £35,800 per year, negotiable depending on experience.
Hours: 39 hours per week (Monday Friday); including on-calls and delivering training.

The Role:
As a Service/ Team Manager for ZENO limited, you will coach and mentor a team of support workers as they work in a challenging role supporting adults with a Learning Disability, Autism, developmental impairments and associated challenging behaviours.
You will need excellent organisation skills and be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills. You will need to able to coach, develop and motivate your staff teams and help them to deliver outstanding person-centred support.
The role requires a dynamic approach, leading a team to provide the very best quality of life for the people we support, while maintaining a well-structured and robust environment.

Responsibilities include:
Our Team Managers lead teams of support workers in maintaining safe and well-led services supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and associated challenging behaviours.
With the assistance of your staff team and Senior Support Workers, you will be responsible for Health & Safety compliance in services, auditing services, medication, support plans, vehicle compliance checks, staff induction, incident reports and health and Safety compliance.
Completing staff training such as Safety Intervention, Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) & Autism Training.
Managing your team annual leave allowances on the annual leave management system, creation of rotas and other staff management duties.
You will also be responsible for inducting new staff to the service, including ongoing support through effective coaching and mentoring, supervision and appraisal.

Our ideal candidate will be.
NVQ/QCF Diploma Level 3 Health and Social Care (minimum), or equivalent experience in management within health and social care, 3 + year minimum experience as a service / manager/ senior manager supporting individuals with autism, complex needs and behaviours that challenge.
