What you’ll be doing:
1. Assist in the support of Training Services staff in training development activities aligned to the Submarine Delivery Agency (SDA) key deliverable plan in support of the Submarines training providers.
2. Working within a small team, support the interpretation and delivery of technical data to maintain the requirements of the Submarines Training community.
3. Assist in the conduct and delivery of high-quality training outputs in accordance with the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) process.
4. Assist in accordance with Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) Quality Management Standards (QMS) and activities linked to Training Services Management Plan.
5. Assist in training service activities aligned to the Submarine Delivery Agency (SDA) key deliverable plan in support of the Submarines Training Providers.
6. Assist in the review and assessment of In-Service and In-Build changes in relation to Submarines Training.
7. Provide support to the wider Training Services Team in relation to Training Analysis, Design and Development activities.
Your skills and experiences:
1. Working knowledge of DSAT processes.
2. Able to write coherent documents.
3. Sound communicator (verbal and written).
4. Knowledge of engineering principles.
5. Ability to develop good relationship management.

The Engineer (Training Services) Team:
The Engineer (Training Services) provides support for the conduct of training analysis, learning design, and data management activities in support of the Royal Navy Submarine Service. Activities will be undertaken working as part of a team, with the support and guidance of a Senior Engineer (Training Services). We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
