* Youth Worker Required for a Mainstream Secondary School in the borough of Wandsworth
* Youth Worker required to work with students to provide behavioural and pastoral support
* Youth Worker required to have at least 1 years' experience with young people, ideally in a school setting
* Youth Worker must have strong behaviour management skills
* Youth Worker ideally be Team Teach/ Physical Intervention Trained

Our Client, a Mainstream Secondary School, is seeking a passionate and well-experienced Youth Worker to join their behavioural team ASAP. You will have the knowledge and experience of providing support to students from different walks of life. You will be required to provide 1:1, in-class, and outside-class support to your students. You will be working closely with students with challenging behaviour and therefore will need a good understanding of how to build rapport with your students. Team Teach or physical restraining training is desirable for this role.
