Seeking internal expressions of interest cross-sector Temporary full-time role available for up to 6 months Role based in Penrith with flexible working supported TRP from $293K to $329K including superannuation The Bradfield Development Authority is currently seeking to temporarily fill the role of Executive Director Investment, Industry and Partnerships via an internal expressions of interest across the public sector. This appointment will enable the permanent recruitment process for the role to occur. As the Executive Director Investment, Industry and Partnerships you will provide strategic and operational leadership to attract businesses and investment into the Bradfield City Centre and the Western Sydney Aerotropolis. This will include driving investment, securing tenancies, and managing commercial transactions to support the development of these high-priority areas. You will act as the relationship management lead with external partners whereby you will be responsible for leading industry engagement and campaign activities aimed at attracting investors and securing tenancies. For more information read the full Role Description: Executive Director Investment, Industry and Partnerships About You To be successful in this role, you will be a strategic thinker with proven experience in investment attraction, industry engagement, and managing commercial transactions in large-scale urban development or infrastructure projects. You will also have extensive experience in investor relations and institutional business development. It is essential that you are an experienced senior leader with strong relationship management skills which enables you to work successfully across agencies in support of the Authority’s investment objectives. You should also possess excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, particularly when dealing with senior stakeholders.
