The Team Assistant role is a full time, permanent position working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday. This role involves hybrid working and is currently 1 day a week in the office and 4 days from home.
Main responsibilities:
1. Accurate maintenance of the CRM database
2. Administration support, including archiving documentation
3. Respond to queries via email, phone, and webchat
4. Attendance at meetings and taking minutes.
5. Resolving any issues and working with key stakeholders to provide a great customer experience.
