Bilingual Export Credit Controller Hybrid Remote (Banbury 3 days a week) - £24-26K + Benefits
If you have held customer support roles for a couple of years, you know what it takes to keep customers happy. This is thanks to your efficient telephone manner and administrative skills. Ideally, you will speak another language: French, Italian, or German, to provide exceptional service to our clients abroad.
You will be responsible for:
1. Chasing debts and establishing potential risks through investigation discussions.
2. Reviewing paperwork and analyzing potential risks.
3. Building relationships over time while managing your ledger across an entire portfolio of clients.
You will be in our Banbury office, which houses over 100 employees. You will sit within a team of 30, all helping our teams do what they do best. We work hybrid, allowing flexibility in your schedule.
Prior invoice finance or credit control experience is a plus, but it's not mandatory. As long as you are keen to learn and have the drive to impact our clients through telephone conversations, we will provide training.
