An Ofsted rated ‘GOOD’ nursery in Cannock is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join their team.
As a Nursery Assistant, you will play an essential role in supporting the daily operations of the nursery and providing a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for young children. You will work closely with the nursery team to ensure that children's developmental needs are met, while also maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere.
We are looking for a Nursery Assistant who has:
1. Previous experience working with young children, preferably in a childcare or nursery setting.
2. Passion for working with children and contributing to their growth and development.
3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
5. Basic understanding of child development principles.
