About the role The role will require you to work closely with classroom teachers providing support to students with SEN, through providing one-on-one or small groups, adapting teaching methods, and materials to meet individual needs. It will also be important for the successful candidate to foster positive relationships with parents, as well as the students and other staff members to ensure full understanding of the individuals you are working with as well as attending training and professional development sessions to again enhance your knowledge, to ensure you can provide your students with the very best help and support.
