An exciting opportunity has arisen based at our Forest Gate, London site for Ingredients Operative. Role Purpose: The Ingredients Operatives are an essential part of the baking process. They handle the raw product (supplies) ensuring that they are weighted, checked for quality and delivered to the production area in a timely manner. Contribute to an efficient, customer-focused, manufacturing process through the effective operation of plant, equipment and systems. Skills and Experience: Essential: Food safety Level 2. GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths Excellent Communication skills Work on own initiative Ability to multitask and prioritise Desirable: Experience of working in an FMCG environment Experience of working in a multilingual, multi-cultural team is desirable This role has a shift pattern of 4 on 4 off, working a 12 hr shift days and nights. The salary for this role is £25,984.00 per year Candidate MUST have the right to work in the UK without the need now or in the future for a UK work visa sponsorship.
