We are seeking an Asset Management Adviser to provide vital administrative and operational support across our Asset Management, Asset Data, M&E, and Property Safety teams. In this role, you will manage a variety of tasks, ensure clear communication with customers and stakeholders, and support essential financial and operational processes to help drive our success. To be successful in this role you will need to: Possess strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively. Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in administrative processes. Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders. Have a customer-led approach with the capability to manage queries efficiently. Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with asset, sustainability, and property safety management systems, as well as database management. Take a flexible, proactive approach and use initiative to solve problems. Actively contribute to a collaborative and supportive working environment, ensuring effective coordination across teams. Have familiarity with asset management or property safety procedures (preferred but not essential).
