We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Head of Marketing to lead the marketing efforts for a Private Healthcare Group. This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the organisational goals, enhance their brand presence, and drive client engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare sector, have experience working with clinicians, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in building successful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a marketing strategy that supports the organisation’s objectives and enhances brand awareness across all channels.
2. Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competition, and client needs, using insights to inform strategic decisions and marketing initiatives.
3. Brand Development: Oversee the development and maintenance of the Group brand, ensuring consistency and alignment across all platforms and communications.
4. Digital Marketing: Drive the digital marketing strategy, including social media, SEO, content marketing, and email campaigns, to increase online presence and engagement.
5. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams including clinical staff, to ensure marketing strategies align with service delivery and client expectations.
6. Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, leveraging data and analytics for continuous improvement.
7. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately to achieve maximum impact.
8. Community Outreach: Develop partnerships and community engagement initiatives to enhance the organisation’s visibility and reputation within the local community.
Qualifications:
1. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
2. Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior marketing role, preferably within the healthcare or social care sector.
