About the role
This is a multifaceted role where you'll provide essential front-of-house and administrative support, working closely with our Operational Support department to make a real impact.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Acting as the friendly face of our office, welcoming clients and visitors in a way that reflects our professional and approachable brand values.
2. Managing day-to-day tasks such as answering calls, handling mail, arranging couriers, and overseeing deliveries and collections.
3. Preparing and maintaining meeting rooms and ensuring all client-facing areas are immaculate and ready for use.
