About the role
We are looking or a Project Manager who will be responsible for managing the construction of a private house of 1700m2 from scratch.
Key responsibilities:
- oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction project, from initiation to execution and completion.
- plan, direct and manage the project, ensuring it stays on budget and schedule.
- handle the preparation and review of project bids and the negotiation and management of subcontractor contracts.
- ensure the successful execution of construction projects
- execute the control and compliance with safety regulations, ensuring projects meet contractual and legal requirements.
- work closely with stakeholders, including the client, architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors, in order to define project objectives, establish timelines, allocate resources and manage budgets.
Requirements and skills
- Education in Civil Engineering
-Proven experience as construction project manager especially on the projects of the same size
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- A team player with leadership abilities
