We are recruiting for Teaching Assistants to work in the Wednesbury area. Working as a day to day Teaching Assistant will allow you to work where you chose to travel to and on the days that you wish, whether this be two days per week or five days per week. You will support the teacher in preparing the classroom for children's learning and assistant the teacher throughout the day by taking small groups, you may be required to work on a 1:1 basis and helping assist with any admin tasks. Your working hours will be 08:30am- 15:30pm. Required Skills and Experience for this Teaching Assistant role Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification Good curriculum knowledge of Key Stage 1 (KS1) and/or Key Stage 2 ( KS2) Experience working in Nurseries or Primary Schools as a Teaching Assistant or LSA A DBS on the update service or issued in the last 12 months A minimum of 2 excellent references Working for Flourish Education as a Teaching Assistant (LSA) you will receive Competitive Salary – between £85-£100 per day depending on experience, which equates to £16,578.90-£19,500 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year £100 welcome to the team bonus paid automatically after working 10 days Pension Contributions The option of PAYE and Umbrella Holiday Pay – for PAYE candidates you accrue this at 14.36% of your day rate KCSIE-compliant safeguarding and prevent duty training inclusive of modules relating to legislation, FGM and abuse.
