Description
An exciting role has come up for a temporary Customer Service Assistant here at REFY to help support our team during peak season. We are looking for a driven, positive, problem-solver who thrives when helping customers in a fast-paced environment. We would be looking for someone to join as an immediate start.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Reply to customers on all platforms, consistently providing the highest standard of customer service and upkeeping with our REFY tone of voice.
2. Achieve and maintain daily performance targets.
3. Report back on any patterns of customer feedback or common issues raised by customer issues to the Customer Service Manager.

5. Adaptable to various software platforms with 1+ years of customer service experience.
WORKING HOURS
1. Core Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
2. Temporary Split Shifts: For approximately 3 weeks, starting Wednesday 27th November, we will operate split shifts to support our busy Black Friday and Cyber Monday period.
o Shift A: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM (office-based)
o Shift B: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (remote)
3. These shifts will alternate weekly, and you must be available to work both shifts. You’ll be notified in advance of your schedule each week.
4. After the 3-week period, core hours will resume.
