Job Description
Purchase Ledger Assistant duties include:
3. Matching, batching & processing invoices
4. Dealing with invoice queries
5. Supplier statement reconciliations
6. Making payments by BACS / cheque
7. Month end processes
8. Liaising with internal & external colleagues
9. Providing cover across the finance department
10. Responsibility for the finance email inbox
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will:
11. Have a proven track record in a similar role
12. Be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
13. Be an excellent written and verbal communicator
14. Be able to work to tight deadlines
15. Show a high level of attention to detail
