Solder wires and components (including through-hole and surface-mount PCB) to a very high standard. Assemble a wide range of industrial and automotive connectors. Perform terminal crimping and bespoke harness assembly. Deliver low-volume, high-quality production. Rework your own and others’ work as required. Essential Skills and Experience: Proven experience in soldering and connector assembly. Expertise in bespoke harness assembly and terminal crimping. Familiarity with lab or workshop environments. Exceptional hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity. Sound understanding of health and safety regulations. A proactive willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback. Desirable Skills and Experience: Understanding of vehicles and vehicle networks (physical layer). Genuine passion for electronics.
