As a Customer Service Account Handler, you'll be at the heart of the operations. Your main responsibility will be to manage service requests from clients, providing a high standard of support and coordinate with the engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
2. Schedule maintenance, emergency callouts, and remedial visits according to company procedures.
3. Deliver great customer service, coordinating visits between clients and engineers.
4. Ensure timely response to all emergency callouts within set KPIs.
5. Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing queries professionally and efficiently.
6. Prepare risk assessments and method statements for scheduled maintenance.
7. Process all necessary paperwork, including worksheets and purchase orders, promptly.
