**PART TIME ADMIN REQUIRED 3 DAY WEEK**Our Client, a hydraulic cylinder manufacturer based in Hereford, are looking for an ADMINISTRATOR on a PART TIME basis to join their growing team for on-going work.
6 Month contract we the possibility of becoming permanent
**THE DESIRABLE CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE THE BELOW SKILLS**
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Knowledge of Excel
* Strong communication skills
* Be organised and have strong communication skills.
* Good experience of general book keeping.
Duties:
* Solve account queries.
* Enter purchase invoices.
* Monitor accounts payable.
* Process UK and Foreign supplier payments.
* Reconcile monthly statements.
* Booking in of goods.
* Process sales invoices.
* Credit control.
* Maintain and reconcile bank accounts.
Other Responsibilities:
* Monitor and replenish stationery and sundries.
* Answer telephone and direct calls to the relevant department.
* Distribute mail.
* Filing and housekeeping.
* Process sales orders
* Chase purchase orders.

Shift: (Flexible working hours within the time frames set below would be considered)
* Monday-Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30
* Friday: 07:30 - 12:30
Pay Rate:
* £12.00 - £14 per hour (Dependant on experience)

* 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
